Information we receive

• Voice interactions: Amazon processes your voice and provides us text intents needed to fulfill your request. We do not receive raw audio.

• Device/region & usage data: We may receive limited non-personal device/region info and basic usage analytics to operate and improve the Skill.

• Account linking (if enabled): If you link an account, we receive the identifiers strictly necessary to provide linked features.

How we use information
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Skill; personalize responses; and troubleshoot.

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited info with service providers under confidentiality or where required by law.

Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Amazon may retain recordings/transcripts per your Alexa privacy settings.

Children
The Skill is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Security
We use reasonable technical/organizational measures; no method is 100% secure.

International processing
Information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we and our providers operate.

Your choices
You can disable the Skill anytime in the Alexa app. Manage Amazon’s retention settings in Alexa Privacy Settings.

Changes
We may update this policy; the Effective Date will be revised when we do.
